EmpowHer - Economic Empowerment of Women through the Digitalization of their Businesses aims to support and improve female entrepreneurship in Montenegro, in order to strengthen the role of women in the business sector.

This project seeks to achieve key changes in society through a series of targeted activities and initiatives that will support women at various stages of their entrepreneurial journey. The implementation of the project began on October 1, 2023 and will last until October 1, 2024.

Through this project, beneficiaries will have the opportunity to participate in market research, provide concrete proposals and recommendations, participate in educational workshops and use the services of the web platform completely free of charge, through which they can digitalize their businesses.

This project aims to overcome the current and long-standing imbalance in which women often have limited access to resources and business opportunities. Through the creation of an intuitive web platform, female entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to, using a digitalized way of working, promotion and online sales of products, become active players in the Montenegrin market and in the long term ensure the sustainability of their businesses.

The platform will be built on the principles of the most modern technology and adapted for all types of smart devices, which will enable its smooth and efficient use. The platform will be created to offer various categories of products and services, including cosmetics, food, clothing, tailoring services and many others, namely all those that female entrepreneurs wish to offer to consumers throughout Montenegro.
