The E-services4me project is being implemented in cooperation between the NGO Center for Youth Education and NGO Gnijezdo, with the aim of strengthening the role of CSOs and media in order to ensure long-term visibility of issues related to the Digital Agenda in Montenegro. The project has two main short-term objectives: to increase the role of CSOs in providing support to local public institutions to better utilise the potential of ICT and improve the quality and quantity of their e-services to citizens, with a special focus on young people, as well as to increase the use and demand for quality e-services by citizens.

Increasing Civic Engagement in the field of the Digital Agenda - ICEDA is co-financed by the European Union and implemented by the Metamorphosis Foundation (North Macedonia) as the lead partner. Other partners on the project are: e-Governance Academy (Estonia), CRTA - Center for Research, Transparency and Accountability (Serbia), NGO 35mm (Montenegro), Open Data Kosovo (Kosovo) and Levizja Mjaft (Albania).
